Anthony began his career at Halliburton Energy Services where he served in various talent acquisition and talent management roles in Houston and Denver before transitioning to a role in the company's compensation department. After years of progressive compensation experience at Halliburton, Anthony decided to make the leap to lead his own compensation organization first at Tesco Corporation where he was the Compensation and Mobility Manager and later at Frank's International where he served as the Director of Total Rewards and Global Mobility. Anthony left Frank's at the end of 2019 to begin Scardino HR Partners.

Anthony graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and an MS in Human Resource Management and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Houston Compensation and Benefits. He and his wife Courtney were married in Charleston, SC in February 2018 and enjoy visiting the city each year. The two own a pair of Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Lina and Zia, and love hosting friends and family at their home in Houston.
